Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 — Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sales of products made on the site between NOVALUSTRE and any customer ("the Buyer").

Article 2 — Products
The products offered (luminaires, chandeliers, pendant lights) are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy (photos, descriptions, prices). In the event of an obvious error, NOVALUSTRE reserves the right to cancel the order concerned, with the Buyer being fully reimbursed.

Article 3 — Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). Delivery costs are specified before final order validation.

Article 4 — Order
Any order placed on the site constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. A confirmation email is sent to the Buyer after payment validation.

Article 5 — Payment
Payment is made online, securely, by credit card, PayPal, or any other means offered on the site.

Article 6 — Delivery

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal and returns

Article 8 — Liability
NOVALUSTRE cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use or installation of products (e.g., non-compliance with electrical safety instructions).

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to French law.
